During the 2020 Coronavirus Pandemic Theatres were closed, as they were a space that people were unable to keep a good physical distance from each other to prevent the spread of the virus. As a result, Theatre needed to adapt, and move with the circumstances. Enter: Virtual Love.

A story of a couple trying to get their family together on a Zoom call to share some good news, this light-hearted comedy provided a nuanced look as the absurdity of maintaining connections to families during a pandemic. Virtual Love tested performers abilities to adapt to performing towards a camera, whilst still responding to live performers. Virtual Love was a successful experiment in virtual Theatre.
